About the Event

Since the success of their Nutrition and Mindful Living 28-day programme, nutritional therapist Alison Peacham and mindfulness coach Sam Weerasinghe have combined forces again to offer a series of online seasonal workshops.

With children back at school and life returning to a new kind of ‘normal’, there’s no better time to prioritise your own health. By joining our workshop, and a lovely supportive group, you’ll have access to resources, recipes and mindful strategies.

The past year has brought with it many daily challenges and eating well and staying well became a real focus of attention for many that wanted to support their nutritional and emotional health and that of their families.

Self-Learning Nutrition Courses

My self-learning courses are a great way to get stuck in straight away with dietary, nutrition and lifestyle changes. You can work in the comfort of your own home, at a pace that suits you, with easy access to all the videos, audio files, recipes and downloads.

Join Alison and Sam and start (or continue) your health journey by supporting yourself with mindful practices and fabulous fresh seasonal foods to nourish your body, mind and health so you can thrive as we move into summer. This workshop is designed to make you feel lighter and brighter, to give you more energy, to feel renewed and inspired – ready to enjoy the summer sunshine!

The session will share mindfulness practices including gentle mindful movement, breathwork and sensory exercises to help energise your body and calm your mind. There will be plenty of delicious summer recipe inspiration.
